- To personalise your MERYT experience in Co-Founder mode

We do not sell your data

Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant infrastructure provider with servers in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

The service
MERYT provides an AI-powered advisory service for founders. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the advice provided. MERYT is a decision-support tool — final business decisions remain your responsibility.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MERYT
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- One account per person or company
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MERYT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business advisory use
Intellectual property
The MERYT brand, product, and all associated content are the property of 99place. The advice and outputs generated by MERYT during your sessions belong to you.
Subscription and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused periods. All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MERYT. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Data retention
- Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or the service launches
- Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years
- We delete inactive accounts after 24 months of inactivity

Your data is stored within the European Union. If any transfer outside the EU is required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell your data
MERYT does not sell, license, or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes. This applies to all data collected through the MERYT platform.
Third party processors
We use a limited number of trusted processors to deliver the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU servers, GDPR compliant)
- Anthropic — AI processing (subject to their privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (GDPR compliant)
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
